Job Description
The Events Coordinator will plan and coordinate events, including kids' birthday parties, and provide a stress-free, fun, and engaging experience for guests. They will also deliver friendly customer service, complete operational tasks, and uphold the company's cleanliness and safety standards.
Requirements
- Plan and coordinate multiple events at once
- Engage with clients of all ages
- Demonstrate and instruct party participants in the completion of craft projects
- Facilitate and implement party add-ons
- Communicate events with clients and store team members
- Complete administrative tasks
- Adjust plans and events based on client's feedback and needs
- Uphold the company's cleanliness and safety standards
- Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions
- Provide fast and friendly checkout experience
- Engage customers on benefits of Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards
- Assist with Omni channel processes
- Participate in the truck un-load, stocking and planogram processes
- Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance
- Support shrink and safety programs
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and Company programs
