Plan, coordinate, and facilitate events, including kids' birthday parties, within a Michaels store. Deliver customer service, ensure fast and friendly checkout experience, and complete operational tasks.

• Help customers shop and provide solutions
• Provide fast and friendly checkout experience
• Engage customers on benefits of Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards
• Educate customer on Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
• Assist with Omni channel processes
• Participate in truck un-load, stocking and planogram processes
• Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
• Participate in daily store cleanliness activities
