Plan, coordinate, and facilitate events, including kids birthday parties, within a Michaels store. Deliver friendly customer service and ensure a fast and friendly checkout experience.

Requirements

• Plan and coordinate multiple events at once
• Engage with clients of all ages
• Demonstrate and instruct party participants in craft projects
• Facilitate and implement party add-ons
• Complete administrative tasks
• Adjust plans and events based on client's feedback and needs
• Uphold company's cleanliness and safety standards
• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide fast and friendly check out experience
• Assist with Omni channel processes
• Participate in truck un-load, stocking and planogram processes
• Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
