Requirements
- Plan and coordinate multiple events at once
- Engage with clients of all ages and create an environment of fun and creativity
- Demonstrate and instruct party participants in the completion of craft projects
- Facilitate and implement party add-ons such as goody bags and balloons
- Communicate events with clients and store team members
- Complete administrative tasks such as answering emails and making phone calls
- Adjust plans and events based on client's feedback and needs
- Uphold the company's cleanliness and safety standards
- Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions
- Provide fast and friendly check out experience
- Engage customers on benefits of Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards
- Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
- Participate in truck un-load, stocking and planogram (POGs) processes
- Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance
- Support shrink and safety programs
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements
- Interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner
- Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
- Participate in daily store cleanliness activities
