Job Description
Store Managers are expected to lead and manage a team, hold them accountable for delivering a great customer experience, and achieve desired results. They are responsible for planning and communicating store workload activities and KPIs to ensure proper execution by their team within budget.
Requirements
- Lead and manage all aspects of the store
- Deliver sales plan/profit plan and other KPIs
- Implement and lead shrink and safety programs
- Staff the store with qualified Team Members
- Interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner
- Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD)
- Maintain Operational understanding of all store departments
