Job Description
Store Managers are expected to lead and manage a team, hold them accountable to deliver a great customer experience, and plan and communicate store workload activities and KPI's. They will also be responsible for ensuring the store and team is ready to deliver the Customer Brand Promises and implementing shrink and safety programs.
Requirements
- Lead and manage all aspects of the store
- Deliver sales plan/profit plan and other KPIs
- Implement and lead the shrink and safety programs
- Staff the store with qualified Team Members
- Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD)
- Maintain Operational understanding of all store departments
