Retail Store Manager

As a Retail Store Manager at Michaels, you will lead and manage all aspects of the store, including adherence to Standard Operating Procedures and Company programs. You will deliver sales plan/profit plan and other KPIs in conjunction with our annual performance objectives, and manage the store team to achieve their role KPI's. You will also lead the execution of our customer brand promises, implement and lead the shrink and safety programs, and utilize the company tools to set, prioritize and communicate goals and provide overall management to team members and customers.

Requirements

• Retail management leadership experience
• Ability to remain standing for long periods of time
• Ability to move throughout the store
• Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching and stretching
• Some lifting of heavy items and accessing high shelves by ladder or similar equipment
