Retail Store Manager

Store Managers are expected to spend the vast majority of their time on managerial work, including leading and managing a team, delivering sales plans, and implementing shrink and safety programs.

Requirements

• Lead and manage all aspects of the store
• Deliver sales plan/profit plan and other KPIs
• Implement and lead the shrink and safety programs
• Staff the store with qualified Team Members
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD)
• Maintain Operational understanding of all store departments
