We are looking for a Founding Plant Manager to lead the investment project and manage the operation of our first industrial production plant in Leuna, Germany.

Requirements

• Lead the project: Monitoring of fundamental and detailed planning, procurement, construction and commissioning of our first industrial production plant.
• Management of partners: Coordination of external contractors and site infrastructure in accordance with schedules, budgets and quality standards.
• Building the team: Hiring, training and training of the first operational team of the plant.
• Establishing standards: Development and implementation of SOPs for new processes to ensure safety and compliance at all times.
• Operating the plant: Taking over the role of plant manager to ensure a safe, reliable and efficient operation.
• Continuous improvement: Optimizing production processes to maximize performance, quality and yield.
• Transferring company culture: Embedding the entrepreneurial and cooperative culture of MicroHarvest at the new site.
