Job Description
MicroHealth is seeking an experienced Operations Practitioner to lead and optimize enterprise operations in support of a large-scale, multi-site Electronic Health Record (EHR) system deployment. This role combines operational excellence, project coordination, and stakeholder management to drive successful EHR implementations across multiple medical centers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or related field
- Advanced ADKAR Prosci Certified
- Minimum four years of project management or project coordination experience in healthcare, technology, or complex operational environments
- Experience with project planning, scheduling, tracking, and reporting
- Proven track record of delivering results on time and within budget
- Understanding of workflow optimization, process improvement, and quality management principles
- Experience developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operational guidelines
- Ability to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions to improve productivity
- Experience collecting, analyzing, and presenting operational data and metrics
- Proficiency with data visualization and reporting tools
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for diverse audiences
