Job Description
MicroHealth is seeking an accomplished and strategic Program Manager to oversee the entire program for a complex federal IT contract, responsible for ensuring all deliverables are provided on time and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are consistently met.
Requirements
- Minimum: Fifteen (15) years of management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proven track record managing complex IT programs, preferably in federal government environments
- Demonstrated experience with contract management and SLA compliance
- Strong background in team leadership and personnel management
