Job Description
Micron Technology is seeking an Assistant General Counsel, Global Operations to aid in establishing and managing its largest semiconductor fabrication facility ever constructed in the U.S. The position requires a highly disciplined and experienced legal professional to provide strategic and practical legal advice to Micron's Global Operations Team.
Requirements
- J.D. degree from an accredited law school
- Active membership in at least one state bar
- 5-10 years' experience in commercial law at a top law firm or U.S. public company
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage and advance multiple projects in a multi-stakeholder environment
