Facilities Engineer 廠務工程師

We are seeking a Facilities Engineer to join our team at Micron Technology in Taichung City, Taiwan. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive facility management programs, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors, and ensuring compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Proven experience in facility engineering or management
• Strong understanding of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Outstanding problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions under pressure
• Basic proficiency in English and Mandarin is preferred
