Job Description
We are seeking a YIELD ANALYSIS ENGINEER to characterize electrical data, identify and source out extrinsic and intrinsic device issues, and accelerate product to market timeline by applying device physics knowledge to develop end of line device performance prediction using machine learning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Chemical and Material Science Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Data Science, or related field
- 3 years of experience in the job offered or in an engineer-related occupation
- JMP and Klarity for wafer-level and die-level statistical analysis and cross-site data alignment
- Data visualization tool (Tableau) to review issues and improve decision making efficiency
