Job Description
Micron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence. The company is seeking a Yield Enhancement Electrical Failure Analysis Engineer to perform advanced data analysis, electrical failure analysis, and communicate results to part owners.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field
- 3 years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation
- Performing electrical and failure analysis
- Performing advanced data analysis to support failure analysis results in pursuit of root cause
- Performing electrical characterization of DRAM semiconductor memory components using Merlin or Raptor test platform
- Performing IR Emissions characterization on parametric electrical failures on specific designs for DRAM semiconductor components
- Operating Lab Equipment such as probe stations, parametric device analyzers, and curve tracers
