Job Description
Micron Technology is seeking a Yield Enhancement Electrical Failure Analysis Engineer to join their team in Boise, Idaho. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering or related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
Requirements
- Performing electrical and failure analysis
- Performing advanced data analysis to support failure analysis results in pursuit of root cause
- Performing electrical characterization of DRAM semiconductor memory components using Merlin or Raptor test platform
- Performing IR Emissions characterization on parametric electrical failures on specific designs for DRAM semiconductor components
- Operates Lab Equipment such as probe stations, parametric device analyzers, and curve tracers
