Requirements
- Lead the team in WET/CMP process and defect problem solving.
- Drive the expansion of WET/CMP paths and MXT to achieve higher manufacturing efficiency.
- Manage new generation transfer projects and network task forces to ensure flawless execution.
- Determine and successfully implement strategies to improve process performance and output.
