Job Description
As a Principal Signal and Power Integrity Engineer at Micron Technology, you will lead the design and analysis of high-speed memory interfaces and power distribution networks, drive SI/PI development across Micron products, and provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
Requirements
- PhD or MSEE with a minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience
- Strong theoretical and practical background in Signal Integrity, Power Integrity, and EMI
- Deep expertise in SI/PI fundamentals impacting I/O circuit signaling performance, PMIC behavior, current workloads, and PI optimization
- Strong understanding of electromagnetic theory, transmission lines, RF concepts, and analog design principles
- Experience using electromagnetic field solvers and SI/PI simulation tools
- Proven understanding of timing budgets, jitter analysis, and high-speed interface behavior
- Hands-on experience with PCB layout and/or electrical package design techniques
- Experience in the design and analysis of high-speed single-ended and differential buses
