Job Description
Principal Signal and Power Integrity Engineer responsible for leading the design and analysis of high-speed memory interfaces and power distribution networks, driving SI/PI development across Micron products, and representing the SI R&D organization in cross-functional technical forums.
Requirements
- PhD or MSEE with a minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience
- Strong theoretical and practical background in Signal Integrity, Power Integrity, and EMI, including modeling, simulation, and analysis
- Deep expertise in SI/PI fundamentals impacting I/O circuit signaling performance, PMIC behavior, current workloads, and PI optimization
