Job Description
Micron Technology is seeking a Process Engineer to join their team in Hiroshima, Japan. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design, development, and characterization of new equipment, and collaborating with equipment vendors to improve existing products and support roadmap requirements.
Requirements
- Strong problem-solving skills based on analytical thinking
- Effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to understand, present, teach, and develop technical topics
- Basic knowledge of programming languages and database systems
- Familiarity with digital tools such as scripting, RPA, and Tableau
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Basic English communication skills (equivalent to high school graduate level)
