Semiconductor Automation Equipment Engineer

Micron Technology is seeking a Semiconductor Automation Equipment Engineer to sustain and improve the performance, reliability, and integration of fab automation systems within an assigned manufacturing area at Micron's Manassas fab. The role involves trouble-shooting complex automation and material handling issues, developing Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) for automation system changes, and improving reaction mechanisms and procedures for automation-related out-of-spec and out-of-control conditions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field
• 3+ years of experience working in a clean room/semiconductor environment
• Strong analytical, data-driven problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams
