Senior Engineer, Global Facilities Electrical

We are seeking an Electrical Engineer for our Global Facilities Engineering department to provide expert technical guidance and collaborate cross-functionally to implement engineering solutions.

Requirements

• Provide expert technical guidance to global, regional, and site-level facilities and manufacturing teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (Technology Development, Procurement, Finance, Legal) to implement engineering solutions.
• Develop, maintain, and standardize global engineering guidelines, specifications, and best-known methods (BKMs).
• Ensure alignment across Micron’s global network in engineering design, construction execution, reliability, and operations.
• Analyze systems for performance improvements, cost savings, and maintenance reduction opportunities.
• Support large-scale infrastructure projects with design reviews, scope validation, and construction coordination.
• Lead global programs focused on sustainability, reliability, and operational excellence.
• Capture lessons learned and integrate feedback into global standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
