Senior Engineer, Global Facilities Electrical

Requirements

• Provide expert technical guidance to global, regional, and site-level facilities and manufacturing teams
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to implement engineering solutions
• Develop, maintain, and standardize global engineering guidelines, specifications, and best-known methods (BKMs)
• Analyze systems for performance improvements, cost savings, and maintenance reduction opportunities
• Support large-scale infrastructure projects with design reviews, scope validation, and construction coordination
• Lead global programs focused on sustainability, reliability, and operational excellence
• Capture lessons learned and integrate feedback into global standards and continuous improvement initiatives
