Manage a team of engineers from entry-level to junior-level experience, developing and launching products, researching new ideas, and managing overall design history. Focus on theoretical and practical solution development through the scientific process and project management.
Manage projects, direct subordinates, collaborate cross-functionally, communicate project status, analyze research data, specify and test new materials and designs, and comply with laws and regulations.
Ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, ability to work independently, and excellent communication skills.
