Senior Engineering Manager, R&D

Role Overview

Manage a team of engineers from entry-level to mid-level experience, develop and launch products, and manage overall design history. Focus on theoretical and practical solution development through the scientific process and project management.

What You Will Do

Manage projects, direct subordinates, collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate project status, analyze research data, specify and test new materials and designs, and plan quality system documentation.
