Role Overview

Manage a team of individuals with varying technical experience, develop and launch products, and manage overall design history. Focus on theoretical and practical solution development through the scientific process and project management.

What You Will Do

Manage projects, direct subordinates, collaborate cross-functionally, communicate project status, analyze research data, specify and test new materials and designs, and comply with laws and regulations.

• Manage multiple large-scale project(s) and/or multiple smaller scale projects and timelines
• Communicate project status and issues in a timely, clear, and appropriate manner
• Analyze and/or direct the analysis of research data and proposed product specifications
• Specify and/or direct the specification and testing of new materials and designs
• Comply with applicable Laws and Regulations
