Job Description
The Registered Nurse is responsible for the care of obstetrical patients within the hospital setting, particularly within inpatient and outpatient settings. They will organize, implement, and evaluate patient activities, facilitate the operation of the Obstetrical Department, and collaborate with colleagues. This role is crucial in providing essential support to the Acute Care Unit in OB. They will work as a labor and delivery nurse and act as both a nurse and a support staff.
Requirements
- Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing
- 1 ā 3 years acute care nursing experience
- 1 ā 3 years Labor and Delivery experience
- Current state nursing licensure
- ACLS certification
- CPR certification
- Neonatal resuscitation certification
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
