Lead Catering Cook - On Call - Part time

The Lead Catering Cook is responsible for leading the BOH staff through the execution of events, preparing and serving food, and ensuring compliance with sanitation and health standards. The position requires previous cooking experience and the ability to self-manage and lead others with integrity.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of previous cooking, kitchen & restaurant experience required
• Must be able to lift 10-20 lbs. frequently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally with assistance.
• Requires long periods of time standing and frequent walking.
