The Service Network Coordinator will develop, expand, and maintain the Authorized Service Partner network in Germany. They will identify, evaluate, and support the onboarding of new service centers, ensuring compliance with Midea standards and processes. They will also coordinate and follow up on service orders and cases across the service network, and act as a central interface between Technical Support, Spare Parts, Call Center, and Service Partners to ensure smooth case resolution.
