- Participate in trade shows, contractor events, and Parade of Home engagements
- Resolve customer issues with confidence and recommend proactive improvements
- Support warranty processes when needed
- Strategically manage your account list, including visit frequency and follow-up

- Partner with Accounts Receivable to ensure timely invoice payments
