Superintendent/Foreman - Midlands Contracting

We are seeking a Superintendent/Foreman with a strong work ethic and attention to detail to join our growing construction company. The ideal candidate will have experience leading a crew in sanitary sewer, water, and storm sewer installation and/or the building of concrete structures.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience leading a crew in sanitary sewer, water, and storm sewer installation and/or the building of concrete structures
• Significant experience running excavators, loaders, skid steers, etc.
• Ability to independently lead, manage and train a 5–6-person crew
• Ability to manage projects safely and efficiently
• Ability to maintain professionalism throughout each project during interaction with city employees, engineers, and the public
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds individually or as a team when carrying loads heavier than 50 pounds
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
• Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl throughout each day
