As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying new sales opportunities across all Midmark business units.
Requirements
- Conduct outbound phone and email campaigns to identify and qualify new sales opportunities
- Research target accounts and key decision-makers using Salesforce and prospecting tools
- Qualify inbound marketing leads and assess readiness for sales engagement
- Schedule discovery meetings for field sales representatives
- Maintain accurate activity and lead documentation in Salesforce
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to improve lead quality, messaging, and handoff
- Test and iterate on new sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and performance goals
