Outpatient Physical Therapist

Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join their rehabilitation team. The position will be based at the outpatient clinic in Bensenville, IL. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s, Masters or Doctorate Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program, current State of Illinois Physical Therapy license, and experience in Outpatient Orthopedics.

Requirements

• Evaluates patient and gathers appropriate information to determine accurate clinical diagnoses and treatment plan.
• Establishes appropriate, functional and objective goals based upon clinical examination.
• Devise detailed treatment and care plans for patients.
• Provides exceptional patient care and service.
• Maintains patient confidentiality regarding medical records per company policies and procedures and assures compliance with all HIPAA guidelines.
• Communicates well in a professional setting.
• Perform additional duties as required.
