Superintendent (Construction)

This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Superintendent responsible for managing construction sites, ensuring safety regulations, organizing and budgeting projects, and overseeing project management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and building codes
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering construction projects on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools
