Mila is offering a rare opportunity for entrepreneurial leaders to co-create and launch AI ventures in close collaboration with top AI researchers worldwide. This is a founder-track role for someone with startup experience and a deep desire to build a mission-driven venture that matters.

Requirements

• Early Stage Startup experience as a founder, product leader, or early-stage executive (Seed or Series A)
• Strong product mindset: lead customer discovery, engage directly with users, define MVPs, and iterate with engineering
• STEM or deep tech background is a plus — comfortable with researchers and engineers, and learn quickly
• Experience raising VC or leading investor conversations is a plus
• Collaborative, relationship-driven, and capable of inspiring diverse teams
