Job Description
MileHigh Adjusters Houston is hiring an experienced instructor to teach Xactimate & Adjuster Boot Camp courses. The instructor will lead hands-on training and teach new adjusters to confidently write claims using the industry-standard estimating software.
Requirements
- 5+ years of property claims adjusting experience
- Xactimate Level 2 certification, or willingness to obtain before starting
- Great with people — must enjoy teaching, mentoring, and connecting with new adjusters
- Comfortable leading a classroom and motivating others
- Reliable, professional, and coachable
