Job Description
Co-Op Student will learn and experience multiple facets of Legrand AV operations through hands-on standard work and continuous improvement projects.
Requirements
- Conduct analysis of transactional times and propose improvements
- Learn Lean practices and apply them to operational and material flows
- Work with assembly leads and Manufacturing Engineers to redesign assembly work cells
- Trouble shoot issues from daily builds and redesign to have a more efficient process
- Maintain privacy and confidentiality of information, protect organization assets, and report non-compliance
- Understand workplace hazards and take steps to prevent and report hazards or injuries
- Demonstrate core values of Integrity, Customer Responsiveness, Innovation, Passionate Contribution & Empowerment and Continuous Improvement
