Requirements
- Master's degree in a related field (Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related).
- Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, or Psychologist.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience with supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems and documentation standards.
