This full-time Clinical Assessor position involves conducting initial screenings, intakes, and diagnoses of clients with mental health concerns. The role involves coordinating care with other clinicians, and maintaining accurate medical records. The position aims to identify client needs and develop a social and medical history.
Requirements
- Must be fully licensed or under supervision of a licensed clinician (LCSW, LPC, or licensed psychologist)
- Minimum of 10 hours per week work commitment
- Completion of initial assessment, reassessment, and treatment plan creation
- Quality assurance auditing of client records
- Participation in staff meetings
- Attendance at required staff meetings
- Performs monthly quality assurance audits
