Job Description
Milhaus is seeking a Senior Vice President of Development to lead multi-family development projects in the Florida Region. The successful candidate will create pipeline, execute projects, and grow the portfolio of Milhaus Development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Real Estate, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or Urban Planning
- Advanced degree preferred in law, urban planning, or business
- Significant work experience in real estate development, investment, planning, or construction
- Prior direct people management experience required
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
