Senior Vice President, Development - Florida

Milhaus is an award-winning, mixed-use development, construction, and property management company seeking a Senior Vice President of Development to lead multi-family development projects in the Florida Region.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Real Estate, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or Urban Planning.
• Advanced degree in law, urban planning, or business preferred.
• Significant work experience in real estate development, investment, planning, or construction, with direct multi-family experience preferred.
• Proven track record of leading multiple multifamily development projects from inception through stabilization.
• Demonstrated experience managing and negotiating complex real estate transactions and contracts.
• Prior direct people management experience required.
