Job Description
Are you passionate about food and able to multi-task your way through a shift? As a Casual Chef de Partie, you're a confident chef capable of running your own section in the kitchen while supporting junior team members.
Requirements
- Flair and passion for food
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge in government Health and Food Safety legislation
- Right temperament to run service in absence of Senior Chefs
- Ensuring dishes are at high standards
- Food safety and hygiene
- 2 years of experience as a Chef (preferred)
