Job Description
We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our team in Newcastle upon Tyne, England. As a confident chef, you will run your own section in the kitchen, support junior team members, and consistently produce high-quality dishes under pressure.
Requirements
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge in all government Health and Food Safety legislation including HACCP
- Leading by example to all junior chefs in all elements of food preparation and service
- Displaying the right temperament to successfully run service in the absence of Senior Chefs
