Requirements
- To maximise guest satisfaction by ensuring that the quality of service is maintained at the standards required within the Order Taker’s Station area
- To be responsible for taking food orders correctly and completely whilst being as informative as possible to the guest
- To be responsible for taking orders for beverages and ensuring that they are served correctly
- To ensure station area is kept in a clean hygienic, tidy, neat state at all times and that mise-en-place is prepared as per standards of the F&B Department
- To prepare clients bills and receive payment as per standards of the department
