Requirements

• Setting up marquees, arranging tables, and preparing event spaces
• Greeting guests, directing guests to tables, providing menus, and taking orders
• Delivering food, topping up buffet selections, and keeping bar and drink service areas stocked
• Maintaining accurate records and accounts
• Addressing customer queries and resolving minor complaints
