Job Description
We're looking for a Commis Chef to join our kitchen team at The Baileys Hotel London, creating exceptional dishes and delivering an all-encapsulating experience to our guests. Our team values Personality, Passion, Respect, Working Together and Creativity.
Requirements
- To ensure that food is prepared and presented to the highest standards as required
- To produce food as directed by the CDP and to present it at the times required
- To be fully conversant with the Restaurant/Bar in particular items which are the responsibility of your section and of their recipes and quantities
- To maintain the appropriate amount of stock levels as directed by CDP
