Commis Chef

We are seeking a Commis Chef to join the Kitchen team at the Copthorne Hotel Manchester. The ideal candidate will have food preparation experience, a positive attitude, and be willing to learn and work as part of a team.

• Food Preparation experience
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Flexibility to cover a variety of tasks in the kitchen including cleaning
• Ability to cover a variety of shifts, including weekends
