As a Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategy to achieve increased sales and overseeing the overall operation of food & beverage and its departments. You will work closely with the Head Chef on menu development and ensure food quality and consistency.

- Multi departmental budgeting and forecasting experience
