Food and Beverage Manager

As a Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategy to achieve increased sales and overseeing the overall operation of food & beverage and its departments. You will work closely with the Head Chef on menu development and ensure food quality and consistency.

• Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
• Strong networking skills
• Multi departmental budgeting and forecasting experience
• Ability to lead by example and be hands on in your approach
