We are looking for a dynamic and commercially minded M&E & Outlets Manager to lead the operational delivery of meetings, conferences, and events while supporting our vibrant restaurant outlets.
Requirements
- Strong operational experience within Meetings & Events or Food & Beverage
- Excellent leadership and organisational skills
- Commercial mindset with a passion for driving revenue
- Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
- Strong communication and guest engagement skills
- Flexibility to support different areas of the F&B operation
