Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary certification preferred.
- Previous experience in a similar role within a hotel or banquet setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary methods.
- Ability to work well in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to physically lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
